Choosing the food for your wedding breakfast is very important and a detail the guests will not fail to notice!

When deciding on caters try to get recommendations and always sample some of the food to make sure you will get the quality you want.

For the meal itself you will want to consider a number of things

The time of year - do you want a warm, filling winter meal or a light summer meal?
Time of day - lunchtime, evening or somewhere in between?
Special dietary requirements - some of your wedding guests may want Kosher or vegetarian and there may be young children who will need different food. Wedding caterers are usually very accommodating but always ask your guests to give you plenty of notice regarding their needs.

The most important thing is that you and your spouse will enjoy the meal, as its the first one you will have as a married couple.

Instead of a traditional sit down meal you may want to think about a buffet or barbeque. Instead of the traditional wedding cake, what about being a little different and hiring a chocolate fountain.
